About IQ Forge
IQ Forge is a workforce development initiative of SaNDAI Global designed to prepare Iraqi professionals and organizations for an increasingly digital, data-driven, and AI-enabled economy.
IQ Forge was created to help strengthen Iraq’s human capital by expanding practical AI, data, digital, and workforce-ready capabilities that can support organizational modernization, economic diversification, and Iraq’s participation in the global digital economy.
SaNDAI Global is a U.S.-based data, artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital transformation organization with expertise spanning AI, data engineering, analytics, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, finance, software development, business intelligence, and workforce development.
SaNDAI Cares is SaNDAI’s affiliated nonprofit organization focused on education and workforce development. Its experience developing AI literacy, data literacy, career-readiness, and workforce programs contributes to the workforce-development methodology behind IQ Forge.
No. IQ Forge is an initiative of SaNDAI Global and is not an Iraqi government agency or official government program. Its curriculum is designed to support Iraq’s workforce-development and digital-transformation priorities.
SECTION 02
The IQ Forge Model
It is a five-module workforce-development pathway that takes participants from understanding Iraq’s national AI direction through digital, data, and AI literacy and ultimately into practical, industry-specific application.
The model is based on a simple principle: One Common Foundation. Industry-Specific Application. Every participant completes the same foundational Modules 1–4 before advancing to a customized Module 5 based on their industry.
IQ Forge believes every future-ready professional needs a common foundation in national AI strategy, digital literacy, data literacy, and responsible AI. Standardization creates a consistent baseline of knowledge across organizations and industries.
Yes. Module 5 translates the common foundation into practical applications relevant to the participant’s industry and professional environment.
Yes. Participants complete the foundational curriculum before progressing into industry-specific application. This ensures they understand the underlying digital, data, AI, security, and responsible-use principles before applying AI within their profession.
SECTION 03
Curriculum
Module 1 introduces participants to Iraq’s emerging national AI direction and explores the importance of AI, data, digital transformation, cybersecurity, workforce development, and responsible innovation to Iraq’s future.
Participants develop essential modern workplace capabilities including digital productivity, information management, collaboration, cybersecurity awareness, cloud concepts, secure digital behavior, and digital professionalism.
Participants learn how to understand, interpret, communicate, and responsibly use data, including data quality, visualization, dashboards, KPIs, data-driven decision-making, privacy, and governance.
Module 4 covers AI fundamentals, generative AI, conversational AI, prompting, traditional AI and machine learning, agentic AI, automation, hallucinations and verification, privacy, cybersecurity, responsible AI, and human oversight.
Module 5 moves participants from learning to application. IQ Forge develops industry-specific instruction, demonstrations, exercises, scenarios, and appropriate AI use cases based on the participant’s professional environment.
Yes. Where appropriate, participants receive practical exposure to contemporary AI technologies and learn how to use them effectively while understanding their limitations, risks, and responsible-use requirements.
Yes. These are foundational elements of the program. Participants learn that AI capability must be accompanied by information protection, verification, appropriate use, human oversight, and accountability.

Industries
IQ Forge can support organizations across government, law enforcement and public safety, energy, healthcare, banking and financial services, education, nonprofits and NGOs, private business, and other sectors.
Before Module 5 is developed, IQ Forge conducts organizational discovery to understand workforce roles, technologies, policies, operational challenges, priorities, and desired outcomes. These findings inform the industry-specific curriculum.
Yes. IQ Forge can develop workforce pathways for ministries, government agencies, public institutions, municipalities, and other public-sector organizations.
Yes. Module 5 can be customized around appropriate Ministry of Interior, law-enforcement, administrative, leadership, training, and public-safety environments while emphasizing human accountability, cybersecurity, data protection, and responsible AI.
Yes. Organizations can request a consultation, and IQ Forge will evaluate their workforce requirements to determine how Module 5 can be appropriately customized.
SECTION 05
Delivery & Pricing
Both options are available. Virtual delivery is the standard option, while immersive on-site instruction is available for organizations that prefer in-person training.
Standard per-participant pricing is $1,600 for 10–50 participants, $1,200 for 51–150, $800 for 151–250, and $600 for 251 or more participants. Customized enterprise and large-scale engagements are available by proposal.
On-site engagements use the same per-participant pricing plus a $50,000 on-site delivery fee to support instructor deployment, travel, logistics, preparation, and immersive delivery.
Yes. IQ Forge’s organizational workforce model is designed for engagements of 10 or more participants.
Yes. The pathway is intentionally designed to scale. Large organizational, government, multi-location, and national workforce deployments can be developed through a customized engagement.

Getting Started
The process begins with an organizational consultation. IQ Forge learns about your workforce, industry, priorities, participant population, technology environment, and desired outcomes before recommending an engagement structure.
IQ Forge works with organizational leadership to understand roles, responsibilities, current technologies, data environment, policies, operational challenges, and training priorities. This information is particularly important in developing the organization’s industry-specific Module 5.
Yes. IQ Forge encourages organizations to consider a start, learn, refine, and scale approach when appropriate. An initial cohort can establish the foundation, provide feedback and learning data, and help refine the industry-specific curriculum before expanding to a larger workforce.
