Walaa serves as Program Director for IQ Forge, leading program strategy, partnerships, organizational engagement, and coordination of IQ Forge’s AI and digital workforce-development initiatives.

As Chief of Partnerships for SaNDAI Global, she develops and manages strategic relationships across government, nonprofit, healthcare, education, technology, and business sectors. Walaa brings extensive strengths in relationship management, program development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships, helping connect IQ Forge with organizations and institutions that can advance workforce capability and opportunity across Iraq.

Zeyad supports program coordination, participant engagement, organizational relationships, and workforce-development delivery across Iraq.

Fluent in English, Arabic, and Kurdish, he brings experience with the U.S. Consulate General in Erbil, USAID, the U.S. Department of State, and workforce-development organizations in Canada, combining career development, cross-cultural communication, translation, and Iraqi contextual knowledge.

Amer supports program coordination and workforce initiatives, particularly across government, law enforcement, public safety, and security environments.

His experience spans military service, government, investigations, security operations, risk management, and public safety in Iraq and the United States, including service as a Captain in the Iraqi Military and Navy and as Director of Security, Extradition & Forensics for Iraq’s Commission of Public Integrity.

Ahmed supports program coordination, technology integration, organizational engagement, and AI and digital workforce-development initiatives.

An MBA-qualified Senior Systems Analyst and Salesforce Solution Engineer, he brings more than seven years of experience in workflow automation, Agile methodologies, CRM and SaaS platforms, systems analysis, and scalable technology implementation.

Raghad supports program coordination, participant engagement, administrative operations, and delivery of AI and digital workforce-development initiatives.

Her experience includes data management, administrative support, operational coordination, team leadership, high-volume processes, record keeping, inventory logistics, and data-driven workflows.

Abdullah supports program coordination, organizational engagement, and AI and digital workforce-development delivery.

He brings a multidisciplinary background spanning science, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and entrepreneurship, including scientific and technical manufacturing experience with Abbott Laboratories and business leadership as founder of a medical patient transportation company.

Yousif supports workforce initiatives across government, public safety, security, and operational environments.

His background spans business ownership, logistics, transportation, security, and investigations. In Iraq, he served as an Investigator with the Commission on Public Integrity and as Supervisor of its Hotline Investigation Department. He is bilingual in English and Arabic.

Abdullah supports program coordination, technology integration, and AI and digital workforce-development initiatives.

A computer scientist with expertise in SAP, software development, web development, and enterprise technology, his experience includes ABAP, React, Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, databases, and AI-assisted application projects. He is a native Arabic speaker fluent in German and English.

Ashraq supports program coordination, participant engagement, administrative operations, and delivery of AI and digital workforce-development initiatives.

She brings experience in customer service, retail operations, team support, inventory coordination, and frontline service delivery. A University of Baghdad graduate, she is bilingual in Arabic and English and brings strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Fardeen serves as Program Manager for IQ Forge, supporting program coordination, participant engagement, training delivery, and organizational relationships, with particular strengths in public safety, workforce training, logistics, and cross-cultural engagement.

Fardeen brings more than 20 years of experience working alongside U.S. military personnel, government officials, law enforcement personnel, humanitarian organizations, and diverse communities. His background includes training Afghan police, developing and translating training materials, coordinating engagements between Afghan officials and U.S. Armed Forces, supervising teams of up to 50 personnel, and supporting refugee and youth-service initiatives in the United States.

Fluent in Farsi/Dari, Pashto, and English, Fardeen brings extensive experience in training, interpretation, team leadership, logistics, and international program coordination. His ability to work across languages, cultures, and complex operational environments provides IQ Forge with valuable expertise as it delivers workforce-development programs across Iraq.
